Yatharth Hospital denies disclosure needed after report of potential stake acquisition

Yatharth Hospital & Trauma Care Services Limited confirmed on August 28, 2026, that there is no information requiring disclosure under Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, in response to a news report that Aster and Advent are considering a controlling stake in Yatharth Hospital, which caused the company’s shares to rise 4.5%.
