Tivoli Construction to consider re-appointing director, auditor, and Victoria Investments divestment

Tivoli Construction Limited will convene a board meeting on September 4, 2026, to consider the re-appointment of Mr. Sagar Rupani as an Independent Director for a second term of 5 years, the appointment of M/s. M.R. Sharma & Co. as Statutory Auditors for five years, and a proposal for the sale/transfer/divestment of the company’s shareholding in Victoria Investments Company Limited, a material subsidiary, subject to regulatory approvals and shareholder approval.
