UGRO Capital Limited finalized a Rs 380 crore debenture placement maturing August 2031

UGRO Capital Limited announced the allotment of 38,000 senior, secured, rated, listed, redeemable, transferable, non-convertible debentures with a face value of Rs 100,000 each, totaling Rs 380 crore, through a private placement. The debentures, maturing on August 28, 2031, carry a coupon rate of 10.20% per annum, payable semi-annually, and will be listed on the Wholesale Debt Market segment of BSE Limited.
