Birla Transasia Carpets appoints auditors and directors at board meeting August 27

Birla Transasia Carpets Limited approved the audited financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026, at a board meeting held August 27, 2026. The company also appointed C P C & Company. as statutory auditor for five years, Ankit Mazumdar as secretarial auditor for five years, and Manish Bhargan Rane and Madhura Ganesh Mahendrakar as independent directors for two years. The 51st Annual General Meeting will be held September 28, 2026, and remote e-voting will be available from September 25 to September 27, 2026, via NSDL.
