Star Imaging’s board approves AGM, sets e-voting date for September 24, 2026

Star Imaging and Path Lab Limited informed the BSE that its board approved the draft notice for the 22nd Annual General Meeting to be held on September 29, 2026, at 2:00 P.M. via video conferencing, and set the cut-off date for e-voting as September 24, 2026. The board also approved the Board’s Report and Management Discussion and Analysis Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, re-appointed M/s Sheetal & Company as Secretarial Auditor for the financial year 2026-27, and appointed Mr. Suraj Verma as Internal Auditor for the financial year 2026-27. Additionally, the board recommended the re-appointment of Ms. Neelam Ratra as Executive Director, who retires by rotation at the AGM.
