Fruition Venture Limited approved its annual report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, and recommended the reappointment of Mr. Nitin Aggarwal as director, subject to member approval at the company’s 32nd Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 22, 2026, via video conferencing, while also appointing M/s. B. K. Pradhan & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for a five-year term commencing from fiscal year 2026-27.
