FRUITION Venture Limited appoints B K Pradhan & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for five years

FRUITION VENTURE LIMITED announced August 28, 2026, that its board of directors approved the appointment of M/s. B K Pradhan & Associates, Practicing Company Secretaries, Mumbai, as the company’s Secretarial Auditors for a term of 5 consecutive years effective from FY 2026-27 to FY 2030-2031, subject to approval by the company’s members at the 32nd Annual General Meeting.
