Systematix Corporate Services sets record date for final dividend approval in September

Systematix Corporate Services Limited has fixed September 15, 2026, as the record date for determining eligibility to receive a final dividend of Rs 0.10 (10%) per equity share of Re. 1 each, for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, pending approval at the company’s 41st Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 22, 2026.
