Netweb Technologies India Limited to close share transfer books ahead of annual meeting

Netweb Technologies India Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange of India that its register of members and share transfer books will be closed from September 12, 2026, to September 19, 2026, for the purpose of the company’s 27th Annual General Meeting, scheduled to be held via video conferencing on September 19, 2026, at 3:00 p.m.
