Karnimata Cold Storage schedules annual meeting for September 19, 2026, with Babu Lal Patni as Scrutinizer

Karnimata Cold Storage Limited announced that its Board of Directors has scheduled the 15th Annual General Meeting for September 19, 2026, at 3:00 P.M. at the company's registered office, and approved the draft notice for the meeting, along with the closure of the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books from September 13, 2026, to September 19, 2026, both days inclusive, and the appointment of Mr. Babu Lal Patni as Scrutinizer for the meeting.
