Hemisphere Properties India appoints Amit Kumar Agarwal as Independent Director for three years

Hemisphere Properties India Limited (HPIL) announced the appointment of Shri Amit Kumar Agarwal as an Independent Director to its board, effective August 27, 2026, for a period of three years or until further orders, as per a notification from the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA), Government of India.
