Sudarshan Chemical Industries allotted shares under its 2018 Employee Stock Option Plan

Sudarshan Chemical Industries Limited announced the allotment of 8,781 equity shares with a face value of Rs 2 each to grantees who exercised options under the Sudarshan Employee Stock Option Plan 2018, according to a filing with the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited on August 28, 2026. The exercise price per share was Rs 349.35, with a premium of Rs 347.35, increasing the total issued shares to 7,96,16,857 and total issued share capital to Rs 15,92,33,714.
