BKV Industries closes its member register for the annual general meeting in Guntur

BKV Industries Limited informed the BSE Limited that the register of members will remain closed from September 15, 2026, to September 21, 2026, for the purpose of the company’s 33rd Annual General Meeting, which will be held on September 21, 2026, at 3:30 P.M. at Bommidala Cold Complex, Bye pass Road, Lalpuram, Guntur.
