Norfolk Technology Services’ resolution plan approved by NCLT for Global Ventures Limited

Global Ventures Limited informed the BSE on August 28, 2026, that the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, New Delhi Bench II approved a resolution plan submitted by Norfolk Technology Services Limited, as previously disclosed on July 15, 2026, and communicated via email on July 17, 2026. The First Meeting of the Monitoring Committee, constituted on July 16, 2026, was held on August 27, 2026, via electronic audio & visual means.
