Foseco Crucible India shareholders approved a Rs 12.50 per share dividend for FY26

Foseco Crucible (India) Limited, formerly known as Morganite Crucible (India) Limited, announced that its members approved a final dividend of Rs 12.50 per equity share with a face value of Rs 5 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, at the 41st Annual General Meeting held on August 26, 2026, with a record date of August 19, 2026.
