Sheraton Properties re-appoints M.R.V & Co. as Internal Auditor for the financial year 2026-27

Sheraton Properties & Finance Limited announced that its board approved the re-appointment of M/s. M.R.V & Co., Chartered Accountants as Internal Auditor for the financial year 2026-27, and fixed Wednesday, 23rd September, 2026 as the record date for remote e-voting ahead of the company's 41st Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 30, 2026.
