M Lakhamsi Industries board approves Rs 0.10 per share dividend at upcoming AGM

M Lakhamsi Industries Limited announced that its board approved a final dividend of Rs 0.10 per equity share, equivalent to 1% of the paid-up value, to be declared at the company's 42nd Annual General Meeting, with a record date of September 11, 2026. The board also re-appointed Ms. Smita Mayur Parekh and Mr. Kunaal Himanshu Yoddha as Independent Directors, subject to shareholder approval at the AGM, with Ms. Parekh’s term commencing July 27, 2026, and Mr. Yoddha’s commencing September 7, 2026.
