Maxgrow India Limited named BNK & Associates as statutory auditors for five years

Maxgrow India Limited appointed M/s. BNK & Associates, Chartered Accountants, as its statutory auditors for a term of five years from the conclusion of the ensuing Annual General Meeting, replacing M/s. R B Jain & Associates, effective August 27, 2026. The company’s board also approved the regularization of Mr. Krishnan as an Additional Director, changed the designation of Mr. Amarjit Kumar Shrivastav from Non-executive Independent Director to Non-executive Non-Independent Director, and convened its 33rd Annual General Meeting on Monday, September 28, 2026, through Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means, with e-voting scheduled from September 24 to September 27, 2026.
