Federal-Mogul Goetze declares Rs 94 per share interim and special dividend

Federal-Mogul Goetze (India) Limited, a Tenneco Group Company, declared an interim dividend of Rs 7.50 per equity share and a special dividend of Rs 86.50 per equity share, totaling Rs 94.00 per share, at a board meeting held on Thursday, August 27, 2026, with the record date set for Friday, September 4, 2026, and payment expected on or before Friday, September 25, 2026.
