Naksh Precious Metals shifts registered office to Maharashtra and disinvests in NAS Global Industries

Naksh Precious Metals Limited, formerly known as Vaksons Automobiles Limited, announced that its board approved the shifting of the company's registered office from Delhi to Maharashtra, along with a consequential alteration in its Memorandum of Association, and approved the disinvestment of NAS Global Industries Private Limited. The board also approved material transactions with related parties, the Draft Board’s Report and Management Discussion and Analysis Report for the financial year ended 2025-26, and appointed M/s. JNG & CO. LLP as Scrutinizer for the 23rd Annual General Meeting.
