Sri Lotus Developers to convene a board meeting to consider dividend declaration

Sri Lotus Developers and Realty Limited, formerly known as AKP Holdings Limited, will hold a board meeting on Tuesday, September 01, 2026, to consider fixing the date of the Annual General Meeting, routine matters, and to consider and recommend a first interim dividend for the financial year 2026-27. Trading window for securities of the company will be closed from Thursday, August 27, 2026, and will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of the interim dividend.
