Renaissance Global’s 37th AGM will be held September 18, facilitated by MUFG Intime India

Renaissance Global Limited will hold its 37th Annual General Meeting on Friday, September 18, 2026, at 3:30 PM via video conferencing or other audio visual means, as permitted by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities and Exchange Board of India. The company’s Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from Friday, September 11, 2026, to Friday, September 18, 2026, and shareholders can access the AGM notice and annual report electronically through the company's website and the websites of the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited. E-voting will be facilitated by MUFG Intime India Private Limited, commencing on Monday, September 14, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. and ending on Thursday, September 17, 2026, at 5:00 p.m.
