Padmanabh Alloys & Polymers to appoint auditors at board meeting September 3, 2026

Padmanabh Alloys & Polymers Ltd. will hold a meeting of its board of directors on September 3, 2026, to approve the board’s report for the year ended March 31, 2026, and the notice of the annual general meeting for the same period, as well as to appoint Bhanwarlal Gurjar & Co. as cost auditors for the year 2026-27, Mody & Associates as internal auditors for the year 2026-27, and K. Dalal & Co. as scrutinizer for the upcoming annual general meeting.
