Hindustan Copper closes its register of members September 17-23 for its AGM

Hindustan Copper Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd that its Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from September 17, 2026, to September 23, 2026, for the purpose of the company's 59th Annual General Meeting to be convened on September 23, 2026, and for the declaration of dividend for fiscal year 2025-26.
