Lalit Agrawal (HUF) acquired Glen Industries shares, raising Promoter Group stake

Glen Industries Limited announced that Lalit Agrawal (HUF), part of the Promoter Group, acquired 15,600 equity shares for Rs 19,42,824 on August 26, 2026, and an additional 1,200 equity shares for Rs 1,44,720 on August 27, 2026, both purchases made from public shareholders at prevailing market prices, increasing the Promoter and Promoter Group’s shareholding from 74.23% to 74.30% of the company’s total paid-up equity share capital.
