Parmeshwar Metal seeks shareholder vote on RPTs exceeding 25,000 Lakhs on August 18

Parmeshwar Metal Limited will seek shareholder approval on August 18, 2026, for the re-appointment of Director Piyush Giriraj Shah and a significant slate of Related Party Transactions (RPTs) valued at over 25,000 Lakhs. The RPTs involve transactions such as sales, purchases, and lease of assets with entities including Parmeshwar Recycling Limited, Yogeshwar Metal Private Limited, and Fortunate Metal Private Limited, among others. Directors Shantilal Shah, Piyush Shah, and Suchitkumar Patel are involved in the transactions, which the Audit Committee recommends approving as commercially beneficial and part of ordinary business operations conducted at arm’s length. Shareholders will be prohibited from voting on the RPT approval, and an explanatory statement detailing the transactions is available for review.
