Dr. Lal PathLabs subsidiary acquires 30% stake in Neuome Technologies on August 27

Dr. Lal PathLabs Limited announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Dr. Lal Ventures Private Limited, has completed the subscription of a 30% stake in Neuome Technologies Private Limited on August 27, 2026, as previously approved by the board on July 24, 2026, making Neuome an associate of the company.
