Oval Projects Engineering closes trading window ahead of dividend decision announcement

Oval Projects Engineering Limited informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in securities of the company will be closed for designated persons from August 29, 2026, until 48 hours after the conclusion of a board meeting to consider the recommendation of a proposed dividend, with the board meeting date to be announced later.
