Regency Fincorp Limited to convene a board meeting on September 2, 2026

Regency Fincorp Limited, formerly Regency Investment s Limited, will hold a board meeting on September 2, 2026, to approve the company’s Board’s Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, and to consider and approve a calendar of events and notice for the Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the same period, along with borrowing limits, a proposed increase in the Non-Convertible Debenture (NCD) issuance limit, an increase in authorised share capital, and the issuance of Employee Stock Options (ESOPs) to eligible employees.
