K K Silk Mills shareholders re-appointed directors and appointed a Secretarial Auditor

K K Silk Mills Ltd. announced that shareholders approved the re-appointment of Mrs. Asha Shah, Mr. Manish Shah as Managing Director, and Mr. Nilesh Jain as Whole Time Director at the company's 34th Annual General Meeting held on August 27, 2026. The company also appointed Nidhi Bajaj & Associates as its Secretarial Auditor for the financial years 2026-27 to 2030-31.
