Birla Capital’s board approved financials, re-appointed Pote, and named new directors

Birla Capital and Financial Services Limited announced that its board approved the audited financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026, and re-appointed Ms. Minal Umesh Pote as an executive director. The company also appointed Mr. Ankit Mazumdar as Secretarial Auditor for a five-year term beginning April 1, 2026, and Mr. Sagar Dinesh Gala as an Independent Director for a two-year term, effective October 7, 2026. The 40th Annual General Meeting will be held on September 26, 2026, and remote e-voting will be available from September 23 to September 25, 2026, through National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL).
