Laxmi Dental Limited allotted shares to employees and proposed IPO proceeds usage changes

Laxmi Dental Limited approved the allotment of 7,911 equity shares to eligible employees under the Laxmi Dental Stock Option Scheme 2024, increasing the company’s paid-up equity share capital to 5,50,29,420 shares with a total face value of Rs 11,00,58,840. The company also proposed a variation in the objects of its initial public offering proceeds and an extension of the timeline for their utilization, subject to shareholder approval, which includes the acquisition of land and construction of a building and infrastructure for a dental laboratory and dental aligner facility. Additionally, the company closed its trading window for securities, effective from August 27, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of voting results for the shareholders’ meeting.
