TBO Tek shareholders re-elected four directors for terms extending through 2027 and 2031

TBO Tek Limited announced that shareholders approved the re-appointment of Mr. Ravindra Dhariwal, Mr. Rahul Bhatnagar, Ms. Anuranjita Kumar, and Mr. Bhaskar Pramanik as Non-Executive Independent Directors at the company’s 20th Annual General Meeting held on August 27, 2026. Mr. Dhariwal’s term will extend from November 24, 2026, to September 10, 2027, while Mr. Bhatnagar, Ms. Kumar, and Mr. Pramanik will serve for a second five-year term commencing November 24, 2026, and ending November 23, 2031.
