Kuantum Papers shareholders approved a Rs 2.50 per share dividend at their annual meeting

Kuantum Papers Limited shareholders approved a dividend of Rs 2.50 per share, equivalent to 250% on the equity shares of face value of Re.1 each, at the company's 29th Annual General Meeting held on August 27, 2026, and re-appointed Jagesh Kumar Khaitan as director retiring by rotation and Pavan Khaitan as Vice Chairman & Managing Director for a further period of three years effective April 1, 2027. The company also re-appointed M/s R.J. Goel & Co. as Cost Auditors for the financial year 2026-27.
