Flair Writing Industries shareholders appointed Price Waterhouse as auditors for five years

Flair Writing Industries Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that shareholders at the company's 10th Annual General Meeting on August 27, 2026, approved the appointment of M/s. Price Waterhouse Chartered Accountants LLP (Firm Registration No. 012754N/N500016) as the Statutory Auditors for a term of five consecutive years, commencing April 1, 2026, and concluding March 31, 2031.
