Sunshine Capital seeks shareholder approval to consolidate existing equity shares

Sunshine Capital Limited informed the BSE Limited that its Board of Directors approved a proposal to consolidate existing Equity Shares with a face value of Rs 1 each into Equity Shares with a face value of Rs 10 each, subject to member approval in the ensuing Annual General Meeting and other statutory/regulatory approvals.
