Paras Petrofils Limited appoints Ankit Consultancy as its new Registrar and Share Transfer Agent

Paras Petrofils Limited announced that its board of directors approved the appointment of Ankit Consultancy Private Limited as the new Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA), effective from a date to be specified in the execution agreement, replacing Bigshare Services Private Limited, which will continue to act as RTA until database and electronic connectivity are transferred.
