Ace Alpha Tech Limited named S. Agarwal & Company as auditors for five years

Ace Alpha Tech Limited appointed M/s S. Agarwal & Company, Chartered Accountants, as its statutory auditors for a five-year term, subject to shareholder approval, replacing M/s Lalit Agarwal & Co, whose term expires at the upcoming annual general meeting. The company also seeks shareholder approval for an alteration to its Articles of Association regarding fees for inspection of company records, and has scheduled its 14th Annual General Meeting for September 24, 2026, to be held via video conferencing.
