Alstone Textiles (India) Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange on August 27, 2026, that its Board of Directors approved shifting the corporate office from 47/18, Basement Rajendra Place Metro Station, New Delhi -110060 to R-815 New Rajinder Nagar, North East Delhi, New Delhi -110060, effective August 27, 2026.
