ACI InfoCom appoints JVJ & Co. as Internal Auditor for the financial year 2026-27

ACI InfoCom Ltd. appointed JVJ & Co. as its Internal Auditor for the financial year 2026-27 and D Maurya and Associates as its Secretarial Auditor for a term of five consecutive years beginning April 1, 2026, through March 31, 2031, while Nishant Bajaj & Associates resigned as Secretarial Auditor effective August 27, 2026, due to pre-occupation with other professional commitments. The company also announced that its 44th Annual General Meeting will be held on September 30, 2026, via video conferencing and other visual means.
