SIS Limited repurchased 583,000 equity shares through open market transactions on August 27, 2026

SIS Limited announced it bought back a total of 5,83,000 equity shares on August 27, 2026, through open market purchases, according to a regulatory filing with the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited. The company, via Elara Securities (India) Private Limited, acquired 19,000 shares on the BSE and 40,000 shares on the NSE, with an average acquisition price of Rs 425.3359 per share, excluding transaction costs.
