Aarti Industries sets record date for proposed dividend of Re.1 per equity share

Aarti Industries Limited has set September 14, 2026, as the record date for a proposed dividend of Re.1 per equity share, representing 20% of the Rs.5 face value, to be paid on or before Friday, October 9, 2026, pending shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting scheduled for Monday, September 21, 2026.
