Parmeshwari Silk Mills approves draft notice, appoints scrutinizer ahead of September meeting

Parmeshwari Silk Mills Limited informed the BSE Limited and Calcutta Stock Exchange that its board approved the draft notice for the 33rd Annual General Meeting to be held on September 19, 2026, and the board report for the year ended March 31, 2026. The board also fixed a cut-off date of September 12, 2026, for e-voting and appointed P S Bathla & Associates as scrutinizer for the upcoming general meeting, and approved the change in designation of Jatinder Pal Singh from Whole Time Director to Managing Director for a term from August 27, 2026, to August 31, 2029, subject to member approval.
