Gujarat Energy Limited to hold annual meeting via video conference on September 29, 2026

Gujarat Energy Limited, formerly known as Gujarat Gas Limited, will hold its 14th Annual General Meeting on Tuesday, September 29, 2026, at 3:00 P.M. through video conferencing and other audio-visual means, according to a filing with the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. The record date for dividend payment is Friday, September 11, 2026, with the dividend payout date, if declared, set for or before Wednesday, October 28, 2026. Remote e-voting will be available from 9:00 A.M. (IST) on Friday, September 25, 2026, to 5:00 P.M. (IST) on Monday, September 28, 2026.
