Amit Securities Ltd. will provide remote e-voting facilities for its 34th Annual General Meeting to be held on Wednesday, September 23, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. IST, in compliance with SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 and the Companies Act, 2013; the e-voting platform will be provided by CDSL, with a cut-off date for e-voting entitlement on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, and voting commencing on Sunday, September 20, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. IST, concluding on Tuesday, September 22, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. IST, with CS Dipika Kataria serving as the scrutinizer.
