GNG Electronics board approves director reappointment, auditor, and related-party transactions

GNG Electronics Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited that its board approved the re-appointment of Mr. Ajay Pancholi as a director, retiring by rotation, and appointed M/s. N N J & Co as Secretarial Auditor for five consecutive years starting from fiscal year 2026-27. The board also approved material related-party transactions involving GNG Electronics Limited and Electronics Bazaar FZC, with transaction values up to Rs 8200 million for goods or services, and up to Rs 2000 million each for personal guarantees to Sharad Khandelwal and Vidhi S Khandelwal. The 20th Annual General Meeting is scheduled for September 24, 2026, via video conferencing.
