Sammaan Capital confirmed timely interest payments on debentures listed on NSE and BSE

Sammaan Capital Limited, through a regulatory filing on August 27, 2026, certified that it has made timely payments of interest amounts on its Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures issued through a public issue and listed on the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited, including INE148I07MK3 with an issue size of Rs 35.45 lacs and INE148I07ML1 with an issue size of Rs 1376.22 lacs.
