Sunshine Capital appoints Pramod Kumar Jha as CFO, ratifies auditor appointment

Sunshine Capital Limited informed the BSE Limited on August 27, 2026, that its Board of Directors appointed Mr. Pramod Kumar Jha as Chief Financial Officer with effect from August 27, 2026, and also recommended the ratification of the appointment of M/s Parul Agrawal & Associates as Secretarial Auditor, subject to shareholder approval.
