Bits Limited appointed M/S P R P A & COMPANY LLP as statutory auditors through 2026

Bits Limited informed the BSE Limited that its board of directors approved the appointment of M/S P R P A & COMPANY LLP, Chartered Accountants, as the company's statutory auditors, effective from the date of shareholder approval at the 34th Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of the 39th Annual General Meeting. The board also approved alterations to the Objects Clause of the Memorandum of Association to include businesses related to manufacturing and trading of machinery, equipment, and electrical products, and fixed September 27, 2026, as the date for the 34th Annual General Meeting to be held through video conferencing or other audio-visual means.
