TTI Enterprise approved loans and investments up to Rs 1,000 crore in four entities

TTI Enterprise Limited announced that its board of directors approved loans and investments totaling up to Rs 1,000 crore, with an option to convert the loans into equity or preference shares from M/S. Realearth Ecofarms India Private Limited, M/S. Real One Multitrade India Private Limited, M/S. Centreal Biofuels Limited, and M/S. Aries Industrial Park Private Limited. The board also approved material related party transactions with M/S. Realearth Ecofarms India Private Limited and M/s. Real One Multitrade India Private Limited, and M/s. Centreal Consultancy Services Private Limited, and scheduled its 45th Annual General Meeting for September 28, 2026.
